Eznis Airways to Start Regular Service from Ulan-Bator to Ulan-Ude

On June 2010, Mongolian airline company Eznis Airways launched the new scheduled flight from Mongolian capital Ulan-Bator to Ulan-Ude city east of Baikal Lake. With only two international flights to China Eznis Airways served mostly domestic routes within Mongolia. This service to Russia will become their second international destination. Air company will put into service Swedish-made aircraft Saab-340 with the maximum capacity of 34 passengers.
The flight is scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It takes 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Ulan-Ude from Mongolian capital. Airfare for one-way trip starts at USD150 which is just a little over than 2-nd class train tickets.
