The Arabeska Hotel is located in the beginning of Listvyanka Settlement on the hill slope above Lake Baikal. It is close to Baikal Hotel, Baikal Ecology Museum and the famous Shaman rock view point at the mouth of the Angara River. The hotel is aside from the main Listvyanka settlement commercial area and the main pier. However, there is a smaller pier called Rogatka nearby which provides a ferry line to port Baikal where the Circum Baikal railway starts its way along Baikal shore.

There is one bathroom with a shower per two standard guestrooms. All standard rooms feature panoramic lake views. Superior rooms have private bathrooms, but a mountain view from the window.
