Baikal Hotel
The Baikal Hotel is probably the first hotel built in Listvyanka Settlement. It used to belong to a former Intourist chain of hotels which was a Soviet time monopoly hosting all foreign guests in Soviet Russia. The Baikal hotel is located at the very beginning of Listvyanka Settlement high above Lake Baikal level on the hill top overlooking the lake and the mouth of the Angara River. It is a 3-storey building with all the facilities. Baikal hotel has 56 rooms (single, twin, double, deluxe rooms).
Baikal museum, Shaman Rock viewpoint are in a walking distance from the hotel. There is a cable car to the viewpoint on top of the Chersky peak. Short downhill ski track is open during winter season. However, at the same time the hotel is allocated from the village and the main trading area near Listvyanka pier.
