The Devyatiy Val Guesthouse is a small wooden hotel located in Listvyanka Settlement only 150 meters (495 ft) from Lake Baikal shoreline. The guesthouse can accommodate up to 25 people in its single and double rooms. Superior rooms have private bathrooms with showers while standard rooms offer shared facilities on the main floor. All rooms are equipped with TV set and refrigerator. There is Russian steam bath with cedar wood panels inside to create a fantastic smell. Billiard room and barbeque grill on a picnic area are also available in the guesthouse.
